FBA Care offers personalised support through our Personal Care service for individuals with disabilities Our experienced Service Coordinators collaborate with participants and their families to create customised care plans for our support workers to implement.
Our Support Workers offer various services such as : Assistance with personal hygiene, Grooming, Dressing, Toileting, Medication Management, Meal Preparation, Feeding, Light household chores, and all other tasks that promote your independence.
We prioritise treating every individual with dignity and respect. Our Support Workers work closely with participants and their families to identify their strengths, challenges, and preferences. FBA Care’s support staff are experienced, qualified and hold all mandatory checks and certifications to provide care compliant with the NDIS code of conduct. Our skilled support staff undergo thorough background checks and receive ongoing training to ensure safe and compassionate care. They establish trusting relationships with participants and their families to tailor care to individual needs.
With our Personal Care service, participants and families can have confidence in maintaining their independence. Our services are available on a regular or as-needed basis, customised to each individual’s unique requirements.

Our success stories from your end
Since 2020 Lambros has been receiving Support Coordination, Plan Management and Service Delivery with FBA Care. Lambros is pleased that FBA Care is a “one stop shop” and he can access all his NDIS needs from one provider. Weekly Lambros has 2 regular support workers, Claudio and Rachael who come out to help him with daily living activities and accessing the community. Lambros states that he has a great relationship with both his support workers and that not only are they helpful and supportive, but his main priority, he can have a laugh with them!
End of 2021 Cory was assessed by the NDIS and his plan was later approved. However, every organisations he contacted for supports and services they did not respond to his enquiries. Until one of the rehab centers recommended FBA Care to him, he immediately received a call from Mohammed from FBA Care. Instantly the support services were implemented. Mohammed has been very attentive, patient and kind and most importantly provided immediate supports and services. Katherine currently is his Support Coordinator and he has been receiving support from Lucy – SW in his daily living activities. Ultimately, Cory is impressed with FBA Care where he can find the supports that come with compassionate, empathy which changed the way he looks at accepting supports as he used to be very independent.
