Admin-Plan Manager

Our services include plan management, support coordination, in home services, community access and therapeutic supports.

Fba Care is looking for a committed and passionate Plan Manager to join our growing team in Tottenham Victoria. You will be responsible for managing all care management plans through NDIS, assisting participants with funding allocation and processing of all invoicing through NDIS and suppliers

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain participants service booking on NDIS portal
  • Set up participants on FBA Care’s plan management system
  • Assist participants with plan budgeting and allocation of NDIS funds
  • Liaise with participants, their guardians or nominees, external service providers regarding invoices received for services delivered
  • Obtain confirmation and approval from participants for invoices to be paid on their behalf
  • Claim NDIS finds from participant’s plan for clearing the invoices
  • Handover invoices to Accounts for payment in timely manner
  • Prepare monthly plan management reports accurately in a timely manner
  • Assist with participant exit forms and release NDIS funding when a participant leaves FBA Care
  • Ensure accurate record keeping for all invoices processed and claims made
  • Ensure each transaction is accurately accounted for both the NDIS portal and FBA Care’s system
  • Continually monitor participant’s funding status and use of funds for purposes intended
  • Develop and implement continuous improvements initiatives
  • Actively contribute to the business in a positive manner
  • All other duties as directed
